Our team is a diverse and nimble group that manages Apple's retail stores, workplaces, and workplace services. We develop and manage Apple's global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world. The Global Real Estate Lease Administration team is responsible for managing and administering Apple's real estate leased and owned properties, reporting of portfolio key data and critical dates, maintaining the system of record, and developing relationships with property managers and landlords. The team works with many internal cross-functional business partners including Real Estate, Facilities, Project Management, Legal, Tax, Risk Management, Corporate Accounting and Finance. In addition, the team works with many external business partners such as outside legal counsel, third-party consultants and landlords. We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Lease Manager to oversee a portion of Apple's Global Real Estate portfolio.The Lease Manager will be responsible for ensuring the financial and legal compliance of their assigned lease portfolio. This position is integral to the day-to-day operations of the Global Lease Administration team, contributing to accurate lease management and fostering cross-functional collaboration.Unsurpassed customer focus, with a "Can-Do" attitude. Experience working and communicating with all levels of an organization. Ability to manage customer service issues involving employees in a professional and positive manner. Extremely proactive, responsive, and upbeat with strong organizational skills. Excellent planning, analytical, organization and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects, and priorities concurrently in a fast-paced, high growth, and results driven environment. Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and reporting skills.6+ years of experience in Lease Management with database/records management BA or BS in Business, Real Estate, Finance or equivalent/Paralegal Certificate Ability to review, interpret and abstract legal real estate documents Proven financial, analytical and creative problem solving skills.
