Clinic Support Board Certified Behavior Analyst Fully Remote • Rockford Clinic - Rockford, IL 61107Overview Salary Range $90,000.00 - $106,000.00 Salary/year Position Type Full Time Job Shift Full Time: 80 hours per pay period Education Level Graduate Degree Travel Percentage Remote Category Applied Behavior Analysis / ABADescription Position Summary:The Clinical Support BCBA is responsible for providing supervision coverage to clinics with temporary BCBA vacancies. The Clinic Support BCBA will act as the assigned BCBA to ensure clinically sound supervision and care to our clients at Westside Children's Therapy. The Clinic Support BCBA's supervision and clinical assignments will change as needs arise.This hybrid role requires team members to be physically present at a Westside Clinic at minimum two (2) days per month to support RBTs and clients development. During in-person support days, the Clinical Support BCBA will provide in-clinic training and support to RBTs, facilitate parent meetings, and conduct supervision.Essential Functions:Develop and supervise the implementation of BIPs/individualized therapeutic programs to address client goals, drawing heavily from NET principlesMonitor and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members.Provide 10-20% supervision for each client on your caseloadProvide supervision for 5-10% of each RBTs supervision hoursCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress reports.Revise and update client programs on a regular basis, every 1-2 weeksComplete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to, SOAP Notes, Evaluations, Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelinesSupervise no less than one student earning their BCBA fieldwork hours (if necessary)Mentor and train new team members as requested by Clinic ABA DirectorStay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).Maintain targeted caseload of 26 therapy hours per weekQualifications Required Education, Experience and Credentials:Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related fieldCurrent BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to mentor and develop RBTs and future BCBAsCompetence with a variety of computer applicationsFamiliar with a wide variety of ABA assessmentsPersonal Attributes:Collaborative spirit and willingness to work as a teamComfortable persona to better develop relationships with children and their familiesDevelopment mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvementPassion for working with children with special needsDedicated clinician with a passion for quality outcomes rooted in education, training and developmentAccountable for personal behavior and performanceReceptive to feedback with a commitment to personal and professional developmentHonest and transparent communicatorWork Environment and Physical Demands:Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setupFlexible working hours based on client needsAvailability to participate in virtual meetingsAbility to learn and implement de-escalation skills for client sessionsAbility to lift or carry 30 lbsAbility to work in a variety of positions, including on the floor during played-based therapyTravel RequirementsSome travel within assigned region for training, meetings and supporting client coverage needs.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
