Hours: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce quality control procedures in line with regulatory standards.
Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for precise inspections of medical device components.
Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
Analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
Work with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and enhance processes.
Train team members on quality control and CMM operations.
Support internal and external audits with documentation.
Stay current with advancements in quality assurance and integrate new techniques.
Qualifications:
Strong background in quality engineering and CMM programming.
Expertise in dimensional inspection and data analysis.
Ability to collaborate effectively and lead training sessions.
