Behavioral Health Worker OpportunityMidwest Center for Youth and Families (a subsidiary of UHS) has been in operation since 1997, serving youth across the country that are in need of psychiatric treatment for a variety of mental health issues. The Midwest Center is a respected healthcare provider, fully accredited, 74-bed private, residential treatment facility with locations in Valparaiso and Kouts, IN. We are dedicated to care of the hearts and minds of our patients with compassion and superior quality behavioral healthcare services through our full-immersion Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program for children and adolescents ages 10 - 18 who struggle with emotional, behavioral and mental health challenges. Join us as the leaders providing service excellence to patients, their families and each other!The Behavioral Health Worker is a vital part of Midwest Center for Youth and Families' treatment team. This is a full time, 40 hour per week position. Available schedules include every Sunday - Thursday ($2/hr schedule premium for this schedule) and every Tuesday - Saturday ($3/hr schedule premium for this schedule). There is a competitive shift differential for the evening, night, and weekend shifts. Current openings include the day (7a - 3:30pm), evening shift (3pm - 11pm) and overnight (11pm - 7:30am) shift. Midwest Center is also accepting applications for individuals looking for a Per Diem / PRN position. PRN requires working 1 weekday and 1 weekend day per biweekly pay period.It's the opportunity to make a difference that drives you.
