This full-time, on-site position plays a critical role in shaping the training programs that empower our restaurant staff and elevate the overall guest experience in the hospitality industry.As the Director of Training, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training strategies that enhance employee performance and foster a culture of continuous learning. You will work closely with management and staff to identify training needs, design engaging training materials, and facilitate workshops that promote excellence in service delivery.
