DescriptionNextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Training for Fast Casual Restaurant Brand to lead our training initiatives in the vibrant city of Albuquerque. This full-time, on-site position plays a critical role in shaping the training programs that empower our restaurant staff and elevate the overall guest experience in the hospitality industry.As the Director of Training, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training strategies that enhance employee performance and foster a culture of continuous learning. You will work closely with management and staff to identify training needs, design engaging training materials, and facilitate workshops that promote excellence in service delivery. This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, along with opportunities for career advancement in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement training programs for restaurant staffConduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunitiesCreate engaging and interactive training materials and modulesFacilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessionsEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvementsCollaborate with management to align training initiatives with business goalsStay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and developmentMentor and support team leaders in coaching staffFoster a positive learning environment that encourages employee growthEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations in training programsRequirementsProven experience as a Director of Training or in a senior training role in the hospitality industryStrong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principlesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop training content that is engaging and effectiveExperience with performance management and employee development strategiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficient in using training software and learning management systemsAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
