Sales Intern – DFW MarketBrothers Moving & Storage – Texas Division Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex Employment Type: Part‑Time or Full‑Time Internship (Paid)Role OverviewThe Sales Intern supports the growth of Brothers Moving & Storage in the DFW market by working inbound and outbound leads, conducting on‑site and virtual estimates, and helping build relationships with commercial and residential clients. This role is ideal for a motivated student or early‑career professional who wants hands‑on experience in sales, customer engagement, and field operations within a fast‑growing service company.Key ResponsibilitiesWork inbound leadsfrom phone, web forms, Google, and referral partners; qualify prospects and schedule estimates.Conduct on‑site and virtual moving estimatesfor residential and commercial customers using company tools and pricing guidelines.Follow up with leadsto convert estimates into booked jobs; maintain strong communication throughout the customer journey.Support commercial sales effortsby identifying businesses relocating, expanding, or renovating in the DFW area.Assist with community outreachincluding apartment complexes, realtors, storage facilities, and local businesses.Maintain accurate CRM noteson leads, estimates, and customer interactions.Collaborate with operations teamsto ensure accurate job details, scope, and customer expectations.Represent the Brothers Moving & Storage brandprofessionally at all times—both in person and online.QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (preferred but not required).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable speaking with customers, asking questions, and presenting estimates.Ability to travel within the DFW area for on‑site estimates.Organized, reliable, and eager to learn.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Experience in sales, customer service, or field work is a plus but not required.What You’ll LearnHow to run a full sales cycle from lead intake to booked job.How to perform accurate moving estimates for residential and commercial clients.How to build partnerships with apartment complexes, realtors, and local businesses.How a service‑based company operates behind the scenes.Professional communication, negotiation, and customer‑experience skills.Success in This Role Looks LikeHigh lead‑to‑estimate and estimate‑to‑booking conversion rates.Strong customer satisfaction and clear communication.Growing brand presence in the DFW market.Consistent pipeline of residential and commercial moving opportunities.
