Front of House/Flex Team Member

Job DescriptionAs a Front of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, taking and preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude.Accurately take, prepare and deliver customer orders in a timely manner.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, restrooms, and behind the front counter.Observe and adhere to health and sanitation guidelines.Ensure each guest leaves with a smile by providing attentive and efficient service.Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to achieve store goals including speed of service, order accuracy, and overall guest satisfaction.Requirements:Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, positivity, and attention to detail.Physical mobility to keep up with the demands of a fast-paced work environment.Able to adapt to change quickly while utilizing critical thinking and problem solving skillsAbility to stand for the duration of your shift, ranging from 3 to 8 hours.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments, both inside and outside.Prior experience is not required; however, a Utah Food Handlers Card, ServSafe Certification, or previous fast food/customer service experience is preferred.Benefits:Highly flexible scheduling with morning shifts starting at 5:30 am and evening shifts until 11 pm.Opportunity for growth within the company.Meal discounts during shifts.Personal and professional development opportunities.Training:We provide formal training for all new team members as well as ongoing development opportunities to support your growth and success.Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
