About The Role / Position Summary
Intern, Human Resources is accountable for the general scheduling and administration of many HR programs, including recruitment and onboarding. Responsibilities include keeping HR systems up to date, reporting, scheduling interviews, onboarding meetings and ensuring exceptional experience for employees and candidates.

What You’ll Do / Position Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition, Training & Onboarding
Manage interview scheduling and communications with candidates
Assist with the onboarding process; process paperwork and input data in HRIS system (Paycor)
Organize training & development initiatives
HR Systems, Reporting & Compliance
Support Performance Management Initiatives
Provide administrative support, including filing confidential documents in employee personnel files
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Support development and implementation of policies and processes
Work and projects as assigned
What We Require / Minimum Qualifications
Ability to work 40 hours per week at our corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, OH
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field
Previous internship experience in HR or a similar field, preferably finance/investment related
Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance
