This role focuses on building scalable, growth-oriented relationships across established and emerging eCommerce platforms while managing execution and performance across assigned accounts. The position leverages real-time market trends to monitor sales and listing performance and ensure effective, profitable account execution.Success in this role is driven through leadership and close collaboration with account representatives, vendor managers, planners, and site merchandising teams, as well as oversight of vendor portals and account execution requirements. The Ecommerce & International Sales Manager manages and develops strong customer relationships, drives profitable sales growth, and exceeds defined sales goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role partners closely with product, marketing, and supply chain teams to translate customer insights into improved sales performance, expand distribution through strategic product placement, identify new business opportunities, and grow market reach by onboarding new international and channel-specific customers.Essential Duties / ResponsibilitiesLead and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, gross margin, and growth objectivesDevelop annual sales plans, forecasts, and account strategies aligned with company goalsAnalyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to deliver expected results and identify growth opportunitiesDrive distribution expansion through strategic product placement initiatives within existing accountsIdentify and onboard new customers and channel‑specific opportunitiesAdvise and align sales representatives in association with company standardsConsistently monitor POS performance and sales activityServe as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and selling excellenceMaintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accountsPartner with customers to understand needs, challenges, and growth opportunitiesEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolutionLead in key customer meetings, presentations, and negotiationsWork closely with Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support sales execution and meet customer standardsCommunicate customer insights to influence product development, assortment, and marketing initiativesSupport new product launches, promotions, and go‑to‑market strategiesProvide sales forecasts for portfolio of businessMonitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions as neededPrepare and present regular sales updates to leadershipQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business or related field3–5 years of sales management experience5–7+ years of sales experience, consumer products preferred (sporting goods a plus)Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop results-driven sales initiativesStrong understanding of customer and market dynamics across sales channelExperience managing complex customer relationships and standardsDemonstrated forecasting, planning, and analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skillsPhysical DemandsPosition requires sitting, talking and listening at least 2/3 of the timeOccasional lifting up to 50 poundsInternational and domestic travel required as necessaryWorking ConditionsOffice environmentWhy Escalade?At Escalade, you’ll join a team of passionate professionals in a culture rooted in innovation, teamwork, and fun.
