This role partners with the Controller and Director of Finance to deliver accurate cost analysis, margin insights, and operational metrics that support informed business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage inventory valuation (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)Analyze inventory reserves and slow-moving stockMaintain standard costs and perform cost roll-upsPerform material, labor, and overhead variance analysisAnalyze job-level costs and profitabilityProvide margin analysis, KPIs, and operational metricsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closeAssist with audits and financial reportingSupport Shop-Trak implementation and usageQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance4+ years of cost accounting experienceManufacturing experience requiredStandard costing and job costing experience requiredERP experience (Syteline preferred)Advanced Excel skillsCPA or CMA preferredSkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracyAbility to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAdditional DetailsPrimarily on-site; limited travelNo direct reportsMust meet safety, attendance, and physical job requirementsAmprod is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and veteran status.
