We are a drug-free workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to safely transport heavy equipment and materials to and from job sites, from our yard in South Temecula. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate a Kenworth T880 with a Super 10 and tandem axle trailerSafely load, secure, transport, and unload heavy equipmentHaul materials including dirt, demolition debris, shoring, and aggregatePerform pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsMaintain accurate logs and delivery documentationFollow all DOT regulations and company safety policiesCommunicate effectively with field operations, office staff, and job site personnelRepresent Trinitys core values at all timesQualificationsValid Class A CDL with a clean driving recordMinimum 5 years of dump truck with trailer experienceExperience hauling heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, etc.)Strong knowledge of load securement and DOT regulationsAbility to operate equipment such as loaders or forklifts (preferred)Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings and be enrolled in DMV Pull Notice ProgramDependable with a strong work ethicPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to climb on and off equipment and trailersComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsCompensation & Benefits$22 $32 per hour, depending on experienceOvertime opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidays
