Tittle: Aggregate ForemanLocation: Upper Sandusky, Columbus, and Frederick Town, Ohio.Job Overview: We are looking for an Aggregate Foreman to lead a small team at sand, gravel, and limestone production plants.in Ohio (Upper Sandusky, Columbus, and Fredericktown).Responsibilities:Supervise and lead a crew of equipment operators (approximately 4 people)Supervise daily plant operations (crushing, screening, grading, material handling) Lead and support a team of equipment operators Ensure safe operations following MSHA safety standards Coordinate daily work activities to meet production goalsTroubleshoot basic equipment and operational issuesCommunicate production and safety updates to plant managementRequirements:Experience as a foreman or team lead in aggregate/mining/heavy industry Strong knowledge of plant operations and equipment Familiarity with MSHA regulations preferred Leadership and communication skills
