Quality Control

SUMMARY Perform inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures of incoming and outgoing materials, parts and finished Precast Concrete. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards. Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing. Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate calibration of all test equipment and fixtures KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED equivalent Basic computer skills required. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to apply mathematical operations to daily tasks, determine test reliability and validity, analysis. Ability to read blueprints & tape measure PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to work outside in a construction environment The ability to lift, bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects. Be on Feet 8 to 12 hours shifts Work overtime and work mandatory Saturdays when scheduled Must be able to climb ladders and not be afraid of heights NOTE: This document describes the position currently available.
