This is a foundational role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys building from the ground up, and knows how to navigate complex technical sales cycles.You'll own the full customer journey - from prospecting and relationship-building to negotiation and close - while helping shape the company's go-to-market strategy as an early member of the commercial team.We're looking for a driven seller with deep curiosity, strong commercial instincts, and experience within the HVAC, building systems, or adjacent technical industries.What You'll DoGenerate new business opportunities across commercial real estate, building ownership, engineering firms, and mechanical contractorsBuild and manage a robust outbound pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, networking, industry events, and market researchOwn the full sales cycle from discovery through contract execution and signed purchase ordersPosition HVAC solutions around energy efficiency, operational performance, and long-term cost savingsPartner closely with engineering and technical teams to develop customized proposals and solutionsHelp shape sales messaging, pricing strategy, and go-to-market processes as an early commercial hireDevelop long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and strategic partnershipsNegotiate contracts and commercial agreements that align customer needs with company goalsMaintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygieneDeliver market intelligence and customer feedback to leadership on competitive trends and buyer needsWhat We're Looking ForYou're commercially minded, technically credible, and energized by creating opportunity from scratch.
