Job Description WeldingJob Description$21.25 – $24.251st or 2nd Shift 10-12 hoor shifts Monday – Friday, Weekends as needed. Location: Gainesville and Lula, GAProduction Welder/FabricatorPosition Summary Safely and efficiently welds products in accordance with work instructions, by using specialized and approved tooling to perform standardized work and ensure product quality. Duties and ResponsibilitiesProduce units within the standard cycle times, while maintaining quality standards. Operate Miller welding equipment safely and effectively. Support standardized work processes and team-oriented goals. Participate in continuous improvement activities. Verify all previous parts have been assembled, and/or welded correctly. Participates and maintains 5s standards. Understands, complies in support of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements. Perform special projects as requested and related tasks as needed. Essential Skills and ExperienceBasic English language competency Must be able to read and follow specific work instructions in English. Flexible to handle frequent business need changes. Must be able to work in a FAST-paced environment with variable season temperatures. Preferred Skills and ExperienceKnowledge of weld-shop processes preferred.
