About the Role
Compensation: $16 - $18/hr + Quarterly bonus potential + Commissions for renewals, vacancy loss goals, and reputation score
(Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
The housekeeper ensures that our property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. They will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning duties in all common areas, leasing offices, and resident units.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
This position is responsible for cleaning apartments after move-outs and getting them move-in ready.
Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, amenities, and restrooms daily.
Clean all vacant apartments and ensure timely turnover as directed by the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the community.
Maintain a courteous and professional relationship with residents and vendors.
Operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies.
Follow all safety procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, and safety labels on all equipment.
Maintain a professional demeanor and always represent the company in a positive manner.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year experience in cleaning, preferably residential.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
Climb stairs and ladders as needed
