Position DetailsTitle: Senior BuyerLocation: Corona, CASchedule: Fully on-site, Monday–FridayTypical hours: 8 AM–5 PM (some flexibility)Client is a manufacturer of premium leather and fabric care productsManage purchasing for:Packaging materialsBottlesCapsBoxesOther packaging-related componentsMajority of purchasing is import/international focused (90%)Review MRP system dailyPlace purchase ordersCoordinate freight forwarding/logisticsManage import prioritization and shipmentsSource new vendors (especially overseas suppliers)Participate in pricing/contracts/negotiationsWork closely with product development teamManage high-volume email communicationMonitor/respond to shared purchasing inboxRequired ExperiencePurchasing-focused backgroundImport experience/exposurePackaging materials experienceERP system experienceAbility to multitask in fast-paced environmentPreferred BackgroundsLiquid filling/bottle fillingNutraceuticalsCosmeticsSimilar manufacturing industriesInterview Process: 2 rounds (One Virtual, One On-site)Hiring Timeline: 2 weeks from offer (Targeting Mid-June)
