All members of our organization have a responsibility to uphold these values.What We're Looking For:Sante is seeking a Full-Time Crisis Clinical Intake Manager to work in our Urgent Care Center as part of the Baltimore County Crisis Response Systems (BCCRS) management team. Responsible for the daily operation of the Urgent Care Center, providing clinical assessment and evaluation services, and supervising all related program staff.This is an In-Person role. NOT REMOTE!What You'll Do:Establishes and monitors Urgent Care Center (UCC) work schedules and ensures all shifts are covered per contract requirements.Provides training and monitoring of all UCC staffProvides on going consultation and clinical oversight for UCC cliniciansEnsures accurate, thorough and timely documentationAvailable 24/7 as an on-call supervisorDaily review of open cases and consultation on difficult casesProvides supervision and trainings of UCC TherapistsIn collaboration with the Director, develops policies and procedures and ensures implementationDevelops and provides community trainings when requestedParticipates in Community Boards and Committees as neededWorks with the BCCRS management team to ensure system wide service deliveryAssists with record releases per client/agency requestAssists in hiring process/interviewing of employment candidatesAudits cases per standard operating proceduresChecks work e-mail according to agency protocolParticipates in and complete all required trainingsWhat We Require:Must possess and maintain current licensure in the State of Maryland (LCSW-C/LCPC)Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field of study.What You'll Get:Salary range for this role is $72,000 - $75,000 annually.
