Construction Project Manager

We are a Project Manager for a growing Mechanical Contractor. Our portfolio includes a diverse range of commercial and government projects, including data centers, hospitals, sports stadiums, convention centers, hotels, and research laboratories. This role is critical to maintaining project flow, safety, documentation, scheduling, and coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.What You’ll Do:Handle project(s) execution from inception to completionResponsible for: RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeoutCoordinate schedules, material procurement, and deliveriesSupport jobsite safety initiatives and field coordinationHandle billing, cost tracking, and scope changesCollaborate with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking For:3+ years experience in the construction industry - Commercial and or MechanicalBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similarStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and project management software preferredMultiple positions available.
