Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job DescriptionPosition: Commercial Insurance Account ManagerKey Responsibilities:Accurately enter and maintain policy updates and account information within agency management systemsServe as a primary point of contact for clients, producers, and carrier underwriters regarding coverage and policy inquiriesManage the full marketing and quoting process for new business and renewal accountsIdentify, gather, and organize information related to upcoming account renewalsMaintain consistent, timely communication with agency clients and carrier partners to ensure smooth account servicingQualifications:Active Property & Casualty insurance license required3-5+ years of experience with an independent agency or retail brokerageStrong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverages and ratingHands-on experience working directly with multiple carriers and underwritersProficiency with online rating platforms and carrier portalsExperience with Applied TAM, EPIC, and/or AMS360Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Legally authorized to work in the United StatesI'm Lori Bierschbach, and I'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you about your career goals and how this role could support your next step.
