A company is looking for a Virtual Evening Reservation Sales Agent. Key Responsibilities Assist guests in a courteous and professional manner at the Reservation Center Maintain high standards of service and hospitality to maximize revenue Work evening shifts from 3pm to 12:30am Central Time, including weekends Required Qualifications High school education or equivalent Experience in the service industry is preferred Ability to take written and verbal direction Ability to operate a computer and use the reservation process Ability to create a hospitable environment for guests and team members
