Test Lead - CRM migrationsWe are hiring a Test Lead with product facing responsibilitiesThis role requires a strong understanding of CRM platform transitions, specializing in Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 migrations.5+ years of experience within product management4+ years of experience testing experience2+ years working within CRMDeep understanding of UAT methodologies, including test planning, execution, and defect managementFamiliarity with test management tools such as JIRA, ValueEdge Octane, and AccelQMust have a strong background in test strategy, data validation, and integration oversight, with hands-on experience using Informatica for ETL and data transformation.Skilled in aligning testing frameworks with product goals to deliver high-quality, scalable CRM solutions.Ability to assess system compatibility, troubleshoot integration issues, and document test plans and resultsExperience with regression testing, risk-based testing, and test automation coordinationIdeal to have one of the following:ISTQB Certified Tester - Advanced Level (Test Manager or Test Analyst)Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist for Agile environmentsPMP or equivalent for project coordination
