From large-scale signage and branded materials to custom apparel and packaging, our ink technology helps bring ideas to life.Position SummaryARMOR IIMAK is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at our Hebron, KY facility. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this role serves as a key resource for both employees and managers, supporting a wide range of HR functions.The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining compliance, enhancing employee experience, and supporting HR initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and operational success.How You'll Make an ImpactManage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, background checks, and onboardingServe as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR mattersSupport employee relations by assisting with conflict resolution, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary actions (partnering with HRBP and leadership as needed)Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulationsEnsure consistent application and enforcement of company policies and proceduresMaintain a strong presence on the production floor to build relationships, foster engagement, and identify opportunities for improvementCoordinate and support training and development initiatives to strengthen employee skills and growthContribute to HR projects such as employee engagement programs, surveys, and HR metrics reporting (KPIs)Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends and support informed decision-makingProvide continuous improvement ideas to enhance HR processes, programs, and the overall employee experienceWhat You Bring to the TableBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role (manufacturing environment strongly preferred)Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) strongly preferredStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, etc.) and HR best practicesHands-on experience with HR systems (ADP highly preferred), applicant tracking systems, and HR-related platforms (e.g., LMS, recognition programs)Proven ability to attract, engage, and retain diverse talentStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organizationHigh level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive informationExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsA proactive, adaptable mindset with a continuous improvement approachWhat Sets You ApartExperience supporting HR in a manufacturing or production environmentComfortable working both strategically and tacticallyAbility to influence and partner effectively with leaders and frontline employeesA creative, forward-thinking approach to improving employee engagement and workplace cultureWhat We OfferMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceGenerous 401(k) match (immediate eligibility)Company-paid Life, Accident, and Disability Insurance (plus voluntary options)Wellness programs and incentivesPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysOn-site fitness facilityTuition assistance and continued learning opportunitiesEmployee appreciation programsAnd moreEqual Opportunity Employer ARMOR IIMAK is an equal opportunity employer.
