Do you want to be the best?If you are ready to be the STANDARD, please see the job responsibilities below!ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional serviceCollaborate with the Director of Recreation on various assignments and/or projectsResolve member issues/complaints or escalate them to the DirectorTake initiative on what needs to be done to run the locker room smoothly which will entail housekeeping choresProvides security of all Members' and their guests' personal propertyConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.Inspects locker area to ensure tidinessGreet all members and check them into the locker rooms.Anticipate all members needsStock and maintain locker rooms.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentEscort members to Spa Treatment area.Clean and repair shoesAssist in housekeeping as requestedFollow all safety and sanitation policies.If these ideas excite you and you are able to drive continuous improvement in the locker room, we would be honor in receiving your application.Cover letters and resumes are great!
