We are looking for energetic, dependable, and hardworking Team Members to join our crew!
As a Team Member, you’ll operate by preparing fresh food, assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness, and helping deliver the Wingstop experience every shift. Whether you’re cooking in the kitchen or helping guests at the counter, you’ll play a key role in the success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities
Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
Take guest orders accurately in person and over the phone
Prepare wings, fries, and other menu items according to Wingstop standards
Sauce, season, package, and present food properly
Ensure all orders are accurate before serving guests
Operate kitchen equipment and follow all food safety procedures
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
Handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately
Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
Work as part of a team to meet speed and quality standards
Follow all company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines
Qualifications
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and dependable
Guest‑focused mindset
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Requirements
Must be able to stand for long periods
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Food Handler Certification required where applicable
