Data Science Manager

A company is looking for a Data Science Manager to provide technical and organizational leadership in delivering Data Science products. Key Responsibilities Lead the research, design, implementation, and monitoring of Data Science products, ensuring alignment with strategic goals Establish and standardize tooling and processes for the delivery of enterprise-wide data science products, ensuring code quality and best practices Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and product managers, facilitating collaboration and communication with stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field 4+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, particularly in Predictive Modeling and Optimization Expertise in SQL and Python, with experience in handling structured and unstructured data Experience with data processing tools and cloud deployments, preferably in GCP Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams
