Consultant - Business Advisory & Strategy
Position Overview:Amplytico is seeking an experienced Consultant to join our Business Advisory & Strategy team. This role is ideal for a seasoned consulting professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and excels at transforming complex data into actionable strategic insights. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to drive data-informed decision-making across multiple program initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities across program portfoliosDevelop strategic recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysisCreate data-driven frameworks to evaluate program performance and strategic alignmentSynthesize complex information from multiple sources to provide clear, actionable insightsPresent analytical findings and strategic recommendations to C-suite and senior leadershipDevelop compelling presentations that translate complex data into clear business narrativesFacilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with leadership teamsCommunicate insights effectively across all organizational levelsBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple departments and business unitsManage competing priorities and expectations across diverse stakeholder groupsServe as a trusted advisor to program leaders and business partnersSupport the development and refinement of program strategies and roadmapsNavigate ambiguous and rapidly changing business environments with confidenceManage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high-quality deliverablesDevelop and implement analytical frameworks and methodologiesEnsure data integrity and analytical rigor across all work productsApply program management principles to coordinate complex, multi-workstream initiativesRequired Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of management consulting experience with top-tier consulting firms or equivalent strategic rolesProven track record of working with senior executives and board-level stakeholdersExperience in program strategy, business transformation, or analytics consultingBackground in data-intensive industries or roles preferredAdvanced analytical capabilities with proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and forecastingExpertise in Jira or Azure DevOpsExpertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)Proficiency in analytical software (Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar)Experience with business intelligence platforms and data warehousing conceptsPreferred Qualifications:Exceptional presentation and communication skills with ability to influence senior leadershipSuperior stakeholder management abilities across diverse, complex organizationsComfort with ambiguity and change - ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environmentsStrong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent initiativesProgram management knowledge with understanding of complex, multi-workstream initiative coordinationStrategic thinking with ability to balance analytical rigor with practical business applicationExperience with program governance, risk management, and cross-functional team leadershipCompensation:As required by California law, the base salary range for this position in San Francisco is $110,000 to $150,000. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.
