Job DetailsDescriptionNorthwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented, customer service-focused Sleep Program Assistant to join our Sleep Center Team! The Sleep Lab Program Assistant provides administrative, operational, and patient-support services for the sleep laboratory. This role is essential in coordinating sleep study services, supporting clinical staff, assisting patients through the testing process, and ensuring efficient day-to-day program operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a healthcare environment with sensitive patient information.Essential FunctionsProvide administrative support to the sleep lab program, including scheduling, record management, and correspondence.Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.Prepare reports, logs, and program documentation for leadership and regulatory compliance.Coordinate with sleep technologists, providers, and clinical staff to support smooth lab operations.Assist with special projects related to program growth or process improvement.Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications, Knowledge, And AbilityDemonstrates eligibility for employment in the United States. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to relate and work effectively with others. Demonstrated verbal communication skills in English. Demonstrated computer skills in utilizing word processing, integrated database and other functions.
