Head Coach - Boys Outdoor Track & Field

• Desire to support and promote the Hanover Schools' goal of developing good sportsmanship and its pursuit of excellence in all opportunities. • Knowledge of and ability to work within and support the guidelines of the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA), the Hanover School. • Committee Policies, the Hanover High School Handbook for Students, and the Hanover High School Handbook for Coaches. • Willingness to support student-athletes as they balance academic success and athletic responsibilities. • Knowledge of the sport • Coaching experience • Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to work cooperatively with students, administrators, athletic department, school staff, parents, and parent groups. • First Aid Certification Desired • MIAA Concussion Certification Required
