Program Manager - Dynamics 365 F&O (D365 F&SC)Location: Hybrid - Chicago, IL (3 days onsite per week)Compensation: Open for the right candidate (Rate/Salary Negotiable)About the RoleWe are urgently seeking a highly seasoned Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Program Manager to lead a major transformational program. This role is positioned one level above a Project Manager and requires deep experience driving complex enterprise-level initiatives.The ideal candidate will bring a strong history of assertive stakeholder management, leadership across cross-functional teams, and the ability to guide a long-term strategic D365 program from inception through completion.Key Responsibilities• Lead the overall delivery of a multi-year D365 F&O (F&SC) transformation program• Manage senior-level stakeholders and ensure alignment across business and technical teams• Oversee program governance, timelines, budgets, and cross-workstream dependencies• Drive successful delivery of all phases of the program, ensuring project milestones are met• Provide leadership, direction, and structure to project managers and functional/technical teams• Mitigate risks, resolve escalations, and ensure program health across all workstreamsRequired Qualifications• 15+ years of experience in program/project management• Proven delivery experience with at least 4 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations• Strong, assertive stakeholder management skills at executive levels• Experience with large, enterprise-wide transformation programs• Ability to work onsite in Chicago 3 days per week (all expenses paid)Why This Role?• Lead a high-visibility, large-scale transformation program• Long-term 3-year engagement• Competitive, open compensation for the right expertise
