This isn't just about selling forklifts-it's about solving problems, offering practical solutions, and being the go-to partner for our customers. You'll have the autonomy to manage your accounts, the backing of a team that moves fast, and the opportunity to make a real difference as we continue growing. If you're motivated, competitive, and want to sell for a company that values people and performance, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:Develop and maintain customer relationships, building a strong sales pipeline within the assigned territoryImplement strategic plans to identify new opportunities and increase overall sales and profitabilityConduct detailed customer needs analyses to create tailored proposals and solutionsStay up to date on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditionsMaintain working knowledge of used equipment values and support trade-in evaluationsAssist customers with financing options for new, used, and rental equipmentAttend training sessions and seminars to continuously improve sales effectivenessSkills & Experience We're Looking For:At least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the material handling or equipment industryWorking knowledge of lift trucks, aerial equipment, racking, dock, and door equipmentSelf-motivated with a track record of prospecting and closing new business opportunitiesAbility to tailor sales conversations using effective questioning and listening skillsWillingness to travel throughout the assigned territoryProficient in Microsoft Office toolsStrong communication skills and the ability to work well within a larger teamValid driver's license with a safe driving recordBenefits:All offers are contingent on passing a pre-employment drug test and background check.
