Find out more when you call!The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client's home for the purpose of treating a youth's behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.Check out our new rates! We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!Qualifications:Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services fieldMinimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirableExperience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferredExperience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirableValid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicleApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this timeBenefits:Option of a traditional 5 day or 4 Day work week! Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday!Summer Fun Fridays!
