Shift Supervisor (Overnights)

RoleAs a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor (also known as Production Team Leader, Manufacturing Team Supervisor), you'll oversee the manufacturing shift team, ensure safety and quality, facilitate production schedules, and assign personnel to designated areas. You'll also assist with machine issues, maintain compliance with safety policies, and work cooperatively with other departments. Your role will involve addressing employee disciplinary issues, mentoring team members, and providing updates on productivity and scheduling.
