Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relationships and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant insurance products and services, including property & casualty, life, and health insurance. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team in this production-based role offering a competitive base salary plus commission, with income expectations of $45,000 - $75,000 annually. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide information about State Farm insurance products and services, including property & casualty and life & health coverage. Assist customers with policy applications. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. Meet or exceed sales and production goals through proactive marketing and relationship-building. Collaborate with agency departments to ensure seamless service delivery. QUALIFICATIONS: Must hold or have the ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (license reimbursement available after 90 days of employment). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent required; further education a plus.
