Job Posting TitleBilling Specialist I Remote-1 Job DescriptionThe Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing data, supporting payment reconciliation processes, and maintaining thorough documentation of billing-related activities. This role plays a critical part in the financial operations of the organization by validating billing inputs, assisting with adjustments and re-billings, and ensuring all records are properly maintained for audit and reporting purposes. ResponsibilitiesValidate billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness Assist in reconciling payments, adjustments, and re-billings Maintain detailed and organized documentation of billing, payment, and related financial activities Other duties as assigned Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED 6 months of work experience in Billing, Reconciliations, Collections, or Pharmacy Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel Ability to analyze data with a high level of accuracy and consistency Preferred QualificationsEvery employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures.
