Job Description:The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements from WMATA stakeholders, ensuring that the solution aligns with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with WMATA stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.Document and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with the AEM implementation strategy.Support the project manager in managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.Conduct gap analysis and ensure that the proposed solution addresses business challenges.Participate in testing and user acceptance activities to ensure requirements are met.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in business analysis for digital or content management projects.Strong communication and documentation skills.Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies preferred.
