Handfinisher - Level 2 (1st Shift M-TH 6am-4pm)

Job DescriptionAs a Handfinisher Level 2 here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be responsible for performing skilled hand finishing tasks to prepare, smooth, and perfect metal and composite parts according to detailed specifications and quality standards. You will apply your expertise to support manufacturing and production processes while ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety protocols.You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Greer, SC location on an On-site work schedule. Job Posting Date: 12 May, 2026 YOU MUST HAVEProven experience performing hand finishing tasks such as sanding, grinding, polishing, and deburring in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of interpreting blueprints, work orders, and quality standards related to finishing operations.Experience inspecting parts for surface defects and dimensional accuracy to ensure compliance with specifications.Ability to maintain hand tools and equipment and troubleshoot basic operational issues.Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in hand finishing and manufacturing operations.WE VALUETechnical certification or associate degree in manufacturing technology or related field.2+ years of experience in hand finishing or related roles within manufacturing or industrial settings.Knowledge of quality control processes and standards applicable to finishing operations.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing production demands.Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finished parts.ABOUT HONEYWELLHoneywell International Inc.
