This role involves handling complex disputes for businesses and individuals across federal and state courts, as well as arbitration and other ADR forums. The ideal candidate brings strong litigation experience, sharp advocacy skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesHandle all phases of commercial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparationDraft motions, briefs, and other legal filingsConduct legal research and case analysisManage e-discovery and document review processesParticipate in depositions, hearings, and ADR proceedingsCollaborate with clients and internal teams on case strategyQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited U.S. law school3–5 years of civil or complex business litigation experienceJudicial clerkship experience preferredStrong written and oral advocacy skillsExperience with large, sophisticated matters is a plusFamiliarity with e-discovery tools preferredExcellent academic credentials and referencesLicensed in Oregon or eligible for admissionCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary ($260,000 – $365,000), plus discretionary bonus.
