NPI activities through visiting customers on-site, attending in tradeshows etc. Coordinate projects with cross-functional teams, partners and affiliated companies to ensure on-time delivery and technical readiness etc. Ensure the achievement of sales targets set by management and headquarters. Manage of customer inquiries, quotation and delivery schedule. Required QualificationsBachelors or Masters Degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or related field)2+ years of hands-on experience in Sales/Business Development of IC packaging, advance packaging or related hardware preferred within the United States. Comfortable communicating with Engineers on technical topics. Understanding of electronics or related technology industry. Willingness to frequent travels within the US and internationally (on a need basis)Valid US drivers license.
