This is a product-focused role with a strong frontend or full-stack emphasis.You’ll lead AI initiatives from idea → production, partner closely with product and design, and help shape how AI is built across the organization.This is not a research or model-training role.What You’ll DoBuild and ship AI-powered product features end-to-endOwn the UX of AI experiences (chat, copilots, agents, summarization)Take GenAI features from 0→1 and into productionWork closely with product managers and designersAct as a Staff-level technical leader, setting standards and mentoring othersHelp define AI tooling, infrastructure, and best practicesWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of software engineering experience2–3+ years building GenAI products used by customersProven experience shipping AI features to production (not just prototypes)Frontend-leaning or full-stack backgroundStrong product and user-first mindsetExperience integrating LLM APIs and designing AI workflowsTech PreferencesReact, TypeScriptCloud experience (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP OK)GenAI tooling (e.g., LangChain) is a plusWhy This RoleHigh-impact, foundational AI roleShape company-wide AI standards and directionSmall, senior team with real ownershipClose collaboration with product and design
