Poker Dealer (Part-Time)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:* Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.* Deal poker games accurately and efficiently while following established game procedures.* Handle chip and cash transactions quickly and correctly.* Observe or receive wagers and settle outcomes in accordance with poker rules.* Maintain game integrity and protect company assets at all times.* Ensure guests understand the rules of the game and adhere to poker room policies.* Collect rake and promotional funds according to guidelines.* Serve as chip runner as needed.* Deal in poker tournaments as assigned.* Notify Table Games leadership of any irregularities or guest concerns outside your authority.* Provide guests with game instructions upon request.* Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.* Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.* Perform other job-related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.* Must be at least 21 years of age.* High school diploma or equivalent required.* Completion of dealer training or previous casino dealing experience required.* Must be fast and accurate in handling chips and cash.* Six (6) months of customer service experience preferred.* Must successfully complete an audition demonstrating dealing proficiency.* Must have strong math skills and the ability to compute outcomes quickly.* Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.* Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.* Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
