Business Development Recruiter

The RoleCarter Murray, part of The SR Group, is seeking an experienced Business Development Recruiter to join our Orlando office with a strong focus on driving business development and job flow across the marketing, digital, advertising, and sales markets.This is a sales-led, 360-desk role within our specialist recruitment brand, where success is driven by your ability to win new clients, build relationships, and generate consistent hiring demand.This position suits an experienced agency recruiter who thrives in a high-performance, revenue-driven environment and is motivated by developing their own market and client base.What You’ll DoProactively generate job flow through new business development activity, including cold outreach, networking, and market mappingBuild and maintain a portfolio of new and existing client relationships within marketing, digital, advertising, and sales functionsOwn the full recruitment lifecycle (360 desk) from client acquisition through to successful placementDrive performance against revenue, activity, and business development KPIsPosition yourself as a market specialist, providing insights and advisory to clientsLead client meetings, pitches, and negotiations to secure new business and expand accountsSource, assess, and manage high-quality candidate pipelines aligned to client needsCollaborate with colleagues across The SR Group to leverage opportunities and cross-sell servicesEnsure a high-quality client and candidate experience across all interactionsConsistently build market presence to support long-term desk growth and profitabilityWhat We’re Looking For5–7+ years of experience within agency recruitment or staffing, with full 360 desk responsibility (required)Demonstrated success in business development and generating new job flowExperience recruiting within marketing, digital, advertising, or sales markets (required)Strong commercial awareness with a clear understanding of revenue generation and recruitment KPIsProven ability to win and develop client relationships in a competitive environmentConfident communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven businessEntrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow your own deskWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary plus uncapped commission paid quarterly (protected draw)Clear progression aligned to a defined recruitment career pathwayAutonomy to develop your market and client base, supported by leadershipComprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision) for employees and families100% employer-covered HDHP for employee-only coverageEmployer-paid life insurance and long-term disabilityUp to 4% employer match on 401(k) contributionsGenerous PTO plus 10 paid holidays
