We're building that future at Reactor. This role is your chance to design how it feels to use and interact with these capabilities.You'll own design at Reactor end-to-end. That means defining the problem, exploring solutions, shipping polished experiences, and iterating on real usage. The interfaces for this technology don't exist yet, so you won't be following established patterns. You'll be creating new ones.What You'll DoOwn product design end-to-end: problem definition, exploration, execution, and post-launch iterationDesign experiences across web and mobile contextsBuild and maintain our design system: components, tokens, and documentationPrototype rapidly using Figma and AI-assisted tools to validate ideas before committing to buildCollaborate closely with engineering and product to ship high-quality work, fastRun lightweight user research and incorporate feedback into design decisionsOccasionally support brand, pitch decks, and visual assets as neededWhat We're Looking ForProven track record shipping product work. Show us things you've designed that are live and lovedDeep experience with design systems: components, tokens, and collaborating with engineers to maintain themStrong end-to-end feature ownership in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentA craftsperson's eye for typography, spacing, color, motion, and visual detailComfort with rapid prototyping and vibe coding. You use modern tools to move fast, even if you're not writing production codeUser research instincts: you talk to users, test assumptions, and let data inform your workStrong communication skills.
