Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Paralegal at The Law Office of Edmund F. Fitterer, Jr., LLC in Ocean, NJ. The Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with legal research, drafting legal documents, organizing and maintaining files, and conducting client interviews.QualificationsStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in legal research and writing including drafting legal documents, certifications, contracts, briefs, complaints, subpoenas, motions, and pleadingsResidential and commercial real estate transaction, land use and general litigation experience preferredAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
