*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Mid-Level Supervisor to join our team in delivering exceptional behavioral health services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead clinical teams, oversee behavioral intervention programs, and support children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. As a vital part of our organization, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality patient care, accurate data collection, and effective implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies. Your leadership will help foster a positive environment focused on growth, learning, and impactful outcomes for clients and their families. *Responsibilities* * Supervise and support clinical staff in delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions, including ABA therapy and behavioral psychological assessments. * Oversee the collection and management of data related to client progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and functional assessments to develop tailored intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. * Assist with intake procedures, client assessments, and diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans. * Provide clinical supervision to staff working with children with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders, ensuring adherence to best practices. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, medical professionals, and families, to coordinate care and support client communication needs. * Maintain detailed medical documentation, medical records, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards. * Support home-based behavioral programs and school experience initiatives to promote consistency across environments. * Ensure all activities comply with medical terminology standards, confidentiality policies (such as HIPAA), and ethical guidelines related to patient care. *Experience* * Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders. * Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral intervention strategies, and behavioral health practices. * Experience conducting behavioral psychological assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBA), and diagnostic evaluations. * Background in data collection methods related to patient assessment and progress monitoring within clinical or educational settings. * Prior work involving medical documentation, medical terminology, and maintaining accurate medical records. * Familiarity with home-based behavioral therapy programs and school-based interventions for children with disabilities. * Clinical supervision experience is preferred, along with strong client communication skills to effectively liaise with families and team members.
