Benefit Advocate Lead
A company is looking for a Benefit Advocate Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Manager with daily department operations and staffing needs
Act as the point of contact for escalated client issues and provide training for new team members
Research client issues regarding benefits and claims, ensuring timely documentation and resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Four (4) or more years of experience in benefits, focusing on eligibility and claims resolution
