Candidates must live 75 miles from facility to be submitted.COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: AMN Program - AdventHealth West Florida and no current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - AdventHealth West Florida.Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.
