Job Title LIMS SQL Oracle DeveloperHours are flexibleRemotePrimary Tasks and ResponsibilitiesEnvironmental setup & system CloningSet up the environment/DB required to perform the cleansing in Baxter DMZ and validate the same with complete readinessSet up data filtration scripts to filter Baxter and Vantive data excluding SIMTRA data and continuous replicationRemove security groups, permissions, or security keys from the cloned system (in the DMZ infrastructure environment)Data CleansingAnalyze database structure and create data cleansing scripts for all database tables to clean SIMTRA data (Both Bloomington and Halle Data)Remove all SIMTRA data associated with SIMTRA Manufacturing sites, SIMTRA Product Codes, documents (files/attachments) including SIMTRA PII data from the cloned systemTesting and ValidationDraft data verification scripts to ensure no SIMTRA data is being shared with VantivePerform regression testing to ensure system accuracyDocumentationPrepare documentation that Vantive will need to clone the application on their end to enable system accessProvide specific instructions for Vantive to complete the integrations and complete system set upQualificationsLIMS development and configuration skillsSolid understanding of Build/ Deployment ProcessStrong experience of Labvantage LIMS version 8 and aboveStrong analytical, communication, interpersonal and organization skills requiredAbility to work independently, under minimal direct supervisionAdvanced technical knowledge of Java modules and frameworks including web services, hibernate, and JMSExperience with Jasper Reports is a plusGood command on SQL Queries (able to write complex queries) either in Oracle or MS SQL
