SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR – FULL TIME (IN PERSON) Madison + Mallory | Tuscaloosa, ALWe are a fast-growing online boutique seeking a full-time Social Media Coordinator to join our in-person team.This is a long-term, full-time position for someone looking to grow within a small, collaborative company. We are not hiring for a temporary, seasonal, or transitional role.You will work closely with our current Social Media Coordinator, content creators, and overall social team to plan, create, and execute daily content.We are specifically looking for someone who is fully available for a Monday–Friday, 40-hour work week and is planning to remain in the Tuscaloosa area.What You’ll DoAssist with planning and coordinating content for new arrivals, shoots, and weekly dropsBe hands-on during content days and photoshoots, helping capture content and support executionWork with our content creators and team to gather and organize content for postingCreate and edit content for Instagram and TikTok (styling clips, flatlays, BTS, etc.)Schedule and post content across platforms while maintaining brand consistencyHelp manage content flow to ensure consistent daily postingWhat We’re Looking ForSomeone available for a full-time, in-person schedule (Monday–Friday, 9–5)Someone seeking a stable, long-term position, not a short-term roleStrong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current content trendsExperience creating and editing content (photo + video)Organized and able to manage multiple pieces of content at onceA self-starter who can take direction and executeReliable, punctual, and consistentComfortable on camera when neededImportant NotesThis is an in-person role only.
