What You Will DoDesign and implement machine learning models to optimize chip design processes.Collaborate with a small, agile team to develop robust software solutions.Utilize Python and PyTorch to build scalable applications that enhance system performance.Engage in hands-on coding in C/C++ and Rust to create high-performance algorithms.Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.Analyze system metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.Support cross-functional teams in integrating machine learning capabilities into existing systems. Ideal Candidate Background0-5 years of experience in software engineering or machine learning.Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch.Familiarity with C/C++ and Rust programming languages.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Passion for hardware and AI technologies, with a desire to innovate. Compensation and Benefits The base salary for this role ranges from $180K to $300K, complemented by equity options between 0.5% and 2%.
